We primarily ship orders to addresses within the United States. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all standard orders. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected shipping charges added during checkout.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
The total time required to receive your package consists of order processing time and shipping transit time:
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we verify your order, conduct quality inspections, package the items securely, and dispatch them to our shipping carriers.
- Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days. This is the estimated time the package spends in transit from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
Total Estimated Delivery Window: Please expect your order to arrive within 8 to 17 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to update.
